Advisory services, development of documents and lawyer’ visit is paid separately.

It is a good practice for companies with 5 to 10 employees.

Subscriber services: Professional

Oral advice not more than 6 persons per month, advisory – not more than 3 consultations per month, analysis and development of documents – not more than 2 documents per month. Lawyer’s visit is paid separately.

It is recommended for companies with 20 to 50 employees, the same as for enterprises intending to elaborate new areas of activities.

Subscriber services: de Luxe

Oral advice – not more than 8 hours per month, advisory – not more than 4 consultations per month, analysis and development of documents – not more than 3 documents per month, lawyer’s visit – once in a month.

Visit of the Counsel – when needed.

Permanent counsel presence at the enterprise with allocation of a workplace is possible – for not more than 2 business days a month.

It is recommended for enterprises with over 100 employees, including those having in-house legal counsel.

We can also conclude a contract for subscriber services on the basis of individual conditions, considering your request and capabilities.

Process of interaction:

1) Contact MBC Legal Center office by phone where you will be connected with the Head of MBC Legal Center, or direct your request by the link below, after that you will be surely contacted.
2) Agree upon the convenient time for the meeting in your office or in the office of MBC Legal Center.
3) We will accept the task, assess it, carry out all preparatory work for concluding the Agreement and commencement of work.
4) We set to work after completing the Agreement and approving of the terms of payment for our services.
